Welcome to SwagNepal! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using any feature of our platform.

1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have the consent of a parent/guardian. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to harm SwagNepal or its users.

2. Product Personalization

• All customized orders are processed based on the information and designs provided by the customer.
• Please double-check spelling, colors, and personalization instructions before placing an order. We are not responsible for customer errors.
• Customized products are made uniquely for each customer and cannot be resold, so they are generally non-returnable unless defective.

3. Orders and Payments

• A minimum of 50% down payment is required for your order to proceed. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
• Once you place an order, it is considered final and cannot be canceled once production begins.
• Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., load, weather, transportation delays).

5. Returns & Replacements

• Personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrectly produced due to our mistake.
• Non-personalized products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, it will be exchanged. However, the customer must provide clear photo or video proof upon unboxing as evidence within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, designs) is the property of SwagNepal and protected by copyright laws. User-submitted designs or logos remain their property, and the user is responsible for their legal usage.

7. Promotional Offers

• Promo codes may only be used within their validity period and on eligible products.
• Only one promo code may be used per transaction unless stated otherwise.

8. User Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or reject orders if users provide fraudulent information, misuse promotional benefits, or harass staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

SwagNepal shall not be held responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
